Balloon Sculptures

Parents and children are mesmerized by our balloon artists! We have several cool designs to picks from simple to our specialties, the butterfly wings, jet pack and helicopter! With each design, we ask kids to pick the required number of balloons in their choice of colors. We then count and name the color of each balloon. We ask the child if they will help us count the number of bubbles that we need to make. Even the parents will count with us!  This activity teaches children colors and counting numbers.

We even talk to the children about animals, lizards and reptiles as we make them such as snakes. As we twist a balloon snake we ask the children if they know there are good snakes and bad snakes. We usually hear a response of “Noooo”. We ask if they know how to tell if a snake is a good snake or a bad snake. Again, we are told “No.” A good snake has round eyes and a bad snake has slits in its eyes like this and we draw the eyes on the balloon so the kids can see. This is a bad snake that we should not touch. If you see a bad snake what should you do? Get mommy or daddy!

ABC Gypsy Events promotes family fun entertainment that is non-violent, therefore, we do not make balloon swords or guns. We also do not paint or airbrush any design that we perceive as violent. We want to empower children with education.

How it works

​

After your guest selects a balloon design and colors, the artist will twist a balloon while interacting with your guests. We use a multitude of balloon colors (including pink and purple – a favorite among younger girls).  The entire process takes only a few minutes.  Each artist is able to twist about 15 balloon animals per hour.  For very large events we can provide up to 4 balloon artists (60 balloon animals per hour) per event.

As with all our interactive entertainment, our balloon artists are friendly and approachable.  We believe in providing high-quality fun that your guests will enjoy long after the event is over.

Will you make a balloon sword?

We recognize that many children attend events where our balloon artists will be working.  For that reason, all of our balloon animals are 100% kid-friendly, but not necessarily kiddie style. We promote family fun entertainment that is non-violent, therefore, we do not make balloon swords or guns.

We make every effort to be in compliance with parents’ wishes.  So even if you’re not at an event your child attends, we’ll be watching out for your kids!
